Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT/BST on a business day are typically dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Order processing may take up to 2 business days during peak periods (product launches, sales, holiday seasons). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.

All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.

Shipping Zones, Methods and Costs

All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (€). Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. The shipping price shown at checkout is the final price — no additional shipping fees will be applied after order confirmation.

All delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of dispatch (not the date of order placement) and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are based on carrier averages and are not guaranteed. We do not ship to countries currently subject to UK, EU, or international trade sanctions, nor to destinations where the importation of our products is restricted under local law. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to deliver to that destination at this time.

Tracking

Every order ships with end-to-end tracking. Your tracking number and carrier tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1 business day of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at contact@peptides-biolab.com.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your shipment may be subject to import duties, value-added tax, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Since the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU customs union, orders shipped from the UK to EU destinations may attract import VAT and clearance fees on arrival in the destination country, in accordance with that country's customs rules and de minimis thresholds.

Customs policies vary significantly by country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for information regarding import duties and restrictions before placing your order. We have no control over the application of customs duties or the duration of customs inspections, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.

If a parcel is refused at customs or refused by the recipient and returned to us, any unrecoverable return shipping and customs fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including apartment or unit number, postal code, and country. We are not responsible for orders delivered to or lost at an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at contact@peptides-biolab.com immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered our fulfilment process. Any reshipment to a corrected address after the original parcel has been dispatched will be at the customer's expense.

Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels

A parcel may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided was incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient refused delivery
  • The recipient failed to collect from a carrier pickup point within the carrier's holding period (typically 7–14 days)
  • The parcel was held and ultimately rejected by customs

Upon receipt of a returned parcel, we will contact you within 3 business days to offer either: (i) a refund of the product cost, minus original outbound shipping and any unrecoverable return shipping or customs fees; or (ii) reshipment of the order at the customer's expense.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged on arrival. Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or with damaged contents, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@peptides-biolab.com with clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Tracking shows delivered but parcel not received. Please:

  1. Check with neighbours, household members, and any safe-place delivery locations
  2. Verify the delivery location and GPS coordinates with the carrier
  3. Allow up to 3 additional business days, as some carriers occasionally scan parcels as delivered before the final delivery attempt
  4. If the parcel has not arrived after step 3, contact us at contact@peptides-biolab.com to open a formal investigation with the carrier

Apparent loss in transit. If tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days within Zone 1 or Zone 2, or 21 business days for Zone 3 or Zone 4, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Investigations typically take 5–15 business days to conclude. A replacement or refund will be issued only after the carrier has formally declared the parcel lost.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes for international orders.
  • Remote and rural destinations may incur a carrier surcharge displayed at checkout or be ineligible for certain services.
  • Certain products may have additional destination-country restrictions due to local import regulations; these will be shown at checkout where applicable.
